Several Easy Ways to Apply:

  1. Fill out and submit the online application form below if you are paying with a credit card. Please enclose $100 library deposit if you wish to borrow books from the library.
  2. If you are paying with a credit card you can print the form below and FAX to: (212) 496-2497. Please enclose $100 library deposit if you wish to borrow books from the library.

  4. If you are paying by check or money order print the form below and MAIL to: ASPR, 5 West 73rd Street, New York, NY 10023. Please enclose the membership fee and the $100 library deposit if you wish to borrow books from the library.

    Make checks and money orders payable to the ASPR.
